He is a backbone of company who belongs to a Middle Class family in Patan village. he studied up to 4th class. at a young age he started to work in a small local ghee shop from which is located in Patan. he always thinks that farmers did not get the best price from fresh foods by selling in the open local market in town. after getting some years of experience from a local ghee shop. he started his own shop and purchased ghee by paying high returns of the amount to support farmers' families from villages. he knows that fresh farm products (desi ghee) demand is more in market. so of these thoughts, he runs a small shop in the village. by getting good amounts to farmers, some farmer families joined in our business and started one community with the aim of unity growth and bringing purity in the market.
Rajendraji is the fourth son of Virchanddas Gheewala. he studied about to 10th class. he always observed and was taught some business skills from his father at schooling age . he always wante to become a loyal businessman like his father and their thoughts and thinking are the same that is to help local farmers' families bring up and provide high food to their loyal customers without any adulteration. at the age of 17 years, he started working with his father to grow a business and joined more farming families. he brings the haraji system into open ghee bajar market. by this farmer earn more money from selling their fresh and pure ghee. local marketers and traders also join this system. By this process, ghee is also analyzed and tested to stop adulteration in ghee . business was growing in village now he wanted to take business out side the village. at that time telegram and postal cards were introduced to communicate outside the town. he always sends 10 to 15 postal cards to customers relatives and friends to grow business in outside cities and serve the best hygiene ghee.
Kishanji is the son of Rajendrakumar's first son. He graduate from hngu from Patan University in 2012. he chooses commerce stream to grow this father business. he puts his education in business. joined business in year of 2013-14. he started an analysis from customer feedback to improve business. from analysis, he comes to know about branding and e-marketing platforms. he started reading books, newspapers and Internet helped to understand market platforms in today's era. After proper understanding, he started redefining the product by giving brand name and easy packaging to fulfill the customer requirements. so he introduced the new ghee brand Shree Hari Krishna Ghee in open market. the brand name is related to the god Shree Nandlalaji. since he considers Nandlalji to be the source of healing and our ghee is prepared by churning the curd in matka with old traditional methods.
Manojji is 2nd son of rajendrakumar gheewala. He received his postgraduate degree in commerce from Hngu, Patan University between 2016 and 2017. Since 2018–19, he has also been involved in this business. he knows that today's era is of online platforms. So, his constant goal is to expand his business to online platforms and provide wholesome food across India.
